Standard Packaging: 15kg to 20kg multi-wall paper bags / Palletized freight
Amide Waxes (Polyamide Waxes) are high-performance synthetic organic additives utilized to engineer the rheological properties and surface characteristics of solvent-based coatings and polymer composites. When activated under controlled temperature and shear conditions, the micronized wax particles swell and form a network of interlocking, microscopic needle-like crystals. This three-dimensional structures imparts a highly thixotropic behavior: it provides high low-shear viscosity to prevent pigment settling and sagging on vertical substrates, while lowering viscosity under high-shear application conditions to ensure seamless atomization and flow.
Exceptional Sag & Slump Resistance: Provides powerful resistance against sagging, dripping, and running during heavy-film applications, allowing operators to apply thick coats without compromising final aesthetic quality.
Optimal Metallic & Effect Pigment Realignment: In automotive and industrial metallic coatings, the amide wax network locks aluminum flakes and pearl pigments uniformly in place, preventing orientation mottling or silver sedimentation during drying.
Surface Slip & Mar Protection: During the film-drying process, a controlled fraction of the wax particles migrates smoothly to the surface, significantly decreasing the coefficient of friction to boost scratch, mar, and scuff resistance.
Excellent Heat Resistance: Demonstrates superior thermal stability compared to traditional polyolefin or paraffin waxes, minimizing the risk of seeding or loss of rheological structure in high-bake industrial coatings.
Automotive OEM & Refinish Coatings: The industry standard for controlling metallic orientation and preventing sag in high-gloss automotive basecoats and topcoats.
Heavy-Duty Marine & Protective Coatings: Formulated into epoxy primers, chlorinated rubber systems, and polyurethane marine paints to enable thick, sag-free protective layers over complex vertical steel geometries.
Industrial Printing Inks: Applied in screen printing, liquid gravure, and metal-decorating inks to improve scratch durability, prevent blocking (sticking), and manage fluid dynamics.
Plastic Compounding & Rubber Processing: Functions as an effective internal/external lubricant and mold-release agent for engineering polymers and masterbatches.

Store in a cool, dry, and clean industrial warehouse space away from direct heat sources, open flames, and strong oxidizing environments. Powder variants should be kept tightly sealed to avoid absorbing ambient moisture or compaction from high stacking pressures. Maintain storage temperatures below 40°C to preserve the optimal particle structure. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) accompany all bulk shipments.
