Indofil ASE 60 is an advanced, industrial-grade Alkali-Swellable Emulsion (ASE) rheology modifier engineered for water-borne paint, ink, and coating systems. When diluted with water and raised to an alkaline pH, the individual emulsion particles swell dramatically, clarifying the liquid into a highly structured, high-viscosity network.

Formulation Precaution: Avoid exposure to soluble iron, copper, or other multivalent cations within the system, as they can cause the polymer solids to precipitate. Protect the product from freezing. If accidental freezing occurs and settling is observed, the polymer can typically be recovered by diluting with water and adding an alkali base.
Storage Guidelines: Supplied as a non-flammable, non-combustible emulsion. Must be stored in tightly closed containers under shade. Keep entirely protected from direct sunlight to preserve chemical stability.
Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacturing when kept under proper, recommended storage conditions.
